16.1) ECONOMIC ADVANTAGE:

Entrepreneurs Investing and Mentoring each other. For any venture to succeed, it is critical that all problems that arise before us be treated as simple puzzles to be understood, virtuous behavior to be championed, and essential civic responsibilities, obligations, and allowances. Program participants, working in collaboration with like-minded professionals from all walks of life developed a business success system that performs like clockwork when the principles are consistently applied. When correctly understood and closely followed, this intuitive business playbook provides the necessary reality checks regarding the viability of the business that can release its potential, makings operations inherently successful.

16.2) ECONOMIC VIABILITY:

The profitability of any overall venture is driven by innovativeness, production efficiency, and realized industry differentiation. In the start-up phase, the innovation and efficiency of the proprietary production process hold absolute sway, for no production process has any reason to be implemented until someone sells something for a profit. Take specific note: the use of the term 'Profit' rises beyond fiscal bookkeeping accounting. It refers to anything of added value that, when created, can exponentially transcend the mere sum of its parts. Bonus: Now, we are at the critical pivot point of life. Physical work creates the satisfaction of naturally energizing endorphin therapy.

16.3) ECONOMIC INNOVATION:

Established Mentoring Culture: This self-paced mentoring program develops participants' ability to create their own stewardship-orientated ‘virtual community’. Within this unique learning platform, we can be mentoring by example by demonstrating our acceptance of these cause-and-effect relationships that empower us (as their mentors) to enjoy guiding their personal maturing. Our job is to complete our commitments by steadfastly following through on the tasks at hand and learning to finish well and gracefully. We need to sustain committed repetitive actions that serve to embed willing new habits within us. This simple habitual action serves to fuel our independently driven Lifeplan™ as we discover Authentically Abundant Joyfulness every day.

1.4 ECONOMIC CHALLENGES:

Facing Challenging Endeavors: Specifically, ones that strengthen each of us to grow in focused character, can also enable our eyes to open wider as we increasingly recognize the diverse opportunities that surround us! Become the role model that everyone looks to for freedom-loving hope and courage! We need to also recognize the short-sighted nature of the unsubstantiated answers that our society believes can solve complex problems and predict competitive outcomes. The entire world needs identifiable, inspirational social symbols that represent the innate advantages of living a grace-filled lifestyle that seeks to call out the best of all things that are kind, decent, and virtuous in our daily walk of life. By providing the environmental confidence, egregious risk management, and rule-of-law enforceable security of a hope-filled sovereign safe haven, this visionary culture seeks to service the utilitarian needs of its members while facilitating their collective strength of an entity-independent profit-driven and sustainably managed capitalistic economy.

16.5) ECONOMIC DISCIPLINE:

Far too many of us take for granted the en-shrined inalienable rights that constitute liberty of thoughts and action, never realizing that, when coupled with grace-filled latitude, these natural laws establish our auhority over who we are as individuals. Entrepreneurs investing and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs. Every day we must work hard to intentionally train our minds to seek out new opportunities that move us all forward. Such is the beauty of freedom, as defined by the true power of individual choice. Meaningful Human Nature by design, is inherently protective of its own self-interest, keenly fixated on trying to anticipate each encounter's outcome, relative to our life plans. These skills help us to discern new answers to old questions, ending the damaging, erroneous power of hesitation-fear, and its ability to take good ideas and add them to the pile of good intentions. Politicians can help set the table for people to work their way up to a better future, but they can’t do it for them. No helping by handout! The best thing that we can do as entrepreneurial business people and leaders is build up our fellow human's belief in possibilities. Be an example, demonstrate what can be done when you set your mind to it, and go to work. The best mentoring environment we can offer is to succeed in our endeavors and share our experiences.

16.6) ECONOMIC SUCCESS:

Success is a homing beacon; it calls us to stretch our wings, challenge ourselves, push our limits, and assert our character. Every one of us has to explore our potential, rise above our circumstances, and discover what we are made of. Likewise, we all have different inherent talents, as well as uniquely developed skills, each seeking to figure out where we fit and how hoping to achieve the satisfaction that comes with expressing our inner nature. While many people discover performance joy through recognized formats (art, music sports, etc.). To those of us that refer to ourselves as entrepreneurs, the pleasure is all about figuring out the product and process to properly make a profit that moves us forward. Some of us find the winning combination early in our career; others see it later in life after having struggled to try to fit square pegs into round holes. And still, others of us are raised within an entrepreneurial environment, such as a family business (lumbering, farming, manufacturing, retailing, etc.) and either learned to love it or despise it, dependent on how it was communicated

16.7) ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION:

Small Businesses drive our economy; they are the frontlines of new job creation, and the home of ingenuity, innovation, and economic renewal. This state of affairs is well known to every economist, yet our middle-class continues to shrink as our business owners are de-meaned and vilified for wanting to make a profit. Public officials are under constant pressure by special interest groups for infinite product safety regulations, limitless liability restrictions, and ever more intrusive mandates, all of which trickle down to the business owner as more and more restrictions on their ability to operate daily, let alone grow and expand. Worst of all are the politicians and bureaucrats that view their purpose in life as one to ride herd on the public and restrict the freedoms of anyone that dares to think outside of the box. Finally, not to be forgotten, we have the miseducated, political agenda-driving advocates, who seek to transform our culture by manipulating public perception.   If we as a society want a stronger economy, with people in poverty, and more people with economic security, you don’t get there by tearing down the successful business, you get there by helping more people pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
