20.1) ETHICIST-LED: Discipline: What is the secret of Successful Culture? As beneficiaries of the most prosperous, freedom-loving nation in global history, we are dutifully bound to maintain an inherent cultural responsibility, one which we are expected to uphold in sacred trust for future generations. This sovereign obligation is very straightforward, it simply expects each successive generation to approach their specific life challenges as participants in an interactive mentoring process where we each grow and develop who we are as a person.

20.2) ETHICIST-LED Moral Theology: (aka Christian Ethics) is based on Ethos, a Greek word meaning "good character" An Ethicist is one whose judgment on ethics and ethical codes has come to be trusted by a specific group or community and is expressed in a way that makes it possible for others to mimic that judgment. We need to become philosophical champions of a multi-faceted ethical system consisting of five main priority components:

  1. Virtue-based Ethics: Focuses on the individual's sovereign mastery of their own discerning moral character virtue is a knowledge (of good and evil) that is required to reach the ultimate good (Heaven), or eudaimonia, which is what all human desires and actions aim to achieve their unlimited

Divine-Capacity for Faith, Hope, and Lov

  1. Deontological Ethics which emphasizes living a dutiful individual stewardship lifestyle, maintains the belief that it is the very nature of humans who are created in the image of the Divine God Almighty.

  2. Consequentialism Ethical Theory judges whether or not something is right or wrong based on what its resulting consequences are. (Outcome Base)

  3. Utilitarianism and Consequentialism share many of the same tenets. One difference, however, is consequentialism does not specify a desired outcome, while utilitarianism specifies good as the desired outcome! Together, these last two theories form the basis of modern liberalism.

Every day we are each instinctively driven to become a better, stronger version of ourselves through the persistent exercise of productive daily chores and habits. This trial-&-error process is where we learn to move forward with the confidence that leaves no room for F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real) Ultimately, we are all drawn to unify together as a like-minded group where the objective is to be happy by creating a lifestyle of discovering Authentically Abundant Joyfulness.

20.3) ETHICIST-LED: Meaningfulness: Fundamental to all manner of inherent human behavior is the keystone realization that we all need (as much as routinely want) sincere personal recognition to feel genuinely alive, valued, and worthwhile. Over time and experience, this primordial need drives the formation of each person's instinctive emotional baseline, thereby creating the natural harness point with which to transform mere wishful desires into dependable sources of mature motivation. is to bring the surface the best options that will make something or someone better by natural consequences.

20.4) ETHICIST-LED: Drivenness: Throughout this learning experience, each participant is expected to 'Learn How to Learn,' as well as how to pass forward their cumulative understanding to the community as a whole. This is a highly disciplined, systematic process that requires them to accept their responsibility to accurately discern the true nature of obstacles they encounter. In return for this mentoring guidance, each participant learns how to effectively overcome and complete their specific challenges. Come join the movement: Discovering Authentically Abundant Joyfulness, every day!

20.5) ETHICIST-LED EXPERIENCE: Every successive cultural overhaul periodically leads to the need to assimilate other people’s experiences. In order to grow one’s cultural influence we need to assemble other mentoring experiences within the greater cultural repository of collective wisdom. Whenever you feel overly challenged in your efforts, always remember that precious diamond gems are nothing more than regular chunks of coal that have been compressed by extensive heat, pressure, and time. We work with diverse groups of people to gain reciprocal respect for each other’s needs and wants regarding effective full access to mutually beneficial production resources. Troublesome conflicts should be discussed in the broadest sense of terms throughout the entire mentoring process is to form productive working habits that:

  1. Remember our sovereign culture’s respect for  ’basic common sense ‘

  2. Rebuild the impact-resistance strength of multi-layered ‘common-sense’

  3. Respect the mutually-beneficial economics that enables ‘common-sense”

Restore their willingness to accept full responsibility for their specific mindset.=

20.6 ETHICIST-LED VALUES: Selius Clemens Prudente (410 AD) espoused the premise that the fundamental, guiding beliefs or ideals that characterize a community, nation, or ideology are best recognized when viewed in contrast to the established fundamental core values known as: The Seven Ethic Virtues (Chastity, Temperance, Charity, Diligence, Kindness, Patience, and Humility). Traditionally, it is believed that aspiring to live by these daily virtues protects oneself against the always-present temptation created by our indulgence of the notorious

The Seven Deadly Sins (Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride).

20.7) ETHICIST-LED GROWTH: Success creates a social environment that is active and vibrant with energetic interaction (growth), one where we are mentally healthy and ready to respond in any moment of urgency. However, when that same environment stagnates and begins just to inch along anemically, we find a cesspool reeking with decay as the people are out of work and have too much idle time on their hands for, when there is work to be done, missions to be led, crops to plant and harvest, or mountains to be moved, find the project’s current and natural flow, then harness energy to your purpose.
